Ursula Keen graduated from Baylor School of Law on February 6, 1999. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Dallas on May 14, 1995. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas on November 6, 2003, and was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in May 2005. During her career, Ms. Keen has drafted an appellate brief to the Fifth Circuit regarding the ADEA. She has also filed cases for federal employees before the MSPB. Currently, Ms. Keen is also the associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Killeen. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Bell County Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
